Expression Exploration
Somatic expression and flow state movement came later in my life, around 7 years ago -curiosity has now turned into passion and career. Moving my body through flow arts and dance has served as one of my biggest healers and teachers. Elemental exploration through fire manipulation ignited my self expression and connection to my core identity / power on a level I never knew existed.
I am passionate about sharing this art in a multitude of forms; performing as a solo artist and in my troupe Flow Synergy, curating intentional, ritual ceremonies and teaching the sacred art of fire dance.

Flow Synergy &
Ritual Performance
Flow Synergy was birthed by Sophie Elvari and Jacinta Rainbow. The group focuses on high standard fire, led and flow arts performances as well as ritual performance for opening / closing ceremonies and other intentional offerings.
We believe performance has such an incredible power to channel, inspire, ignite and even balance those who sit witness to it. Flow Synergy's ritual dance performances can be described as structured intuitive flow; a combination of embodied intuitive and tight choreographed movements. This gives the shows a beautiful balance and allows performers to have their attention focused on the energy they are channelling and being in their character / embodiment. Some example shows have been the Archetype ritual (embodying, chanelling and encouraging the ignition of various archetypes in the audience such as strength, joy and wisdom) and the 7 Energies ritual (each dancer represetning one of the enrgy points of the body to ignite and balance those points in the audience)
